Got some more volume on her bench press at 25kg. Some time under tension at the top on the hip thrusts!

We are getting the body organised and building her foundations nicely. Eventually Cheryl will have base that will give her flexibility on intensity of training formats. Building that base preps the big muscle groups, ligaments and tendons, and should help to injury proof her more for higher intensity
