Weight DOWN from 160lbs to 154lbs

Fat Mass DOWN from 51.1lbs to 43.4lbs

Body Fat Percentage DOWN from 31.9% to 28.2%

Lean Mass UP from 108.9lbs to 110.6lbs

 

Consistency, patience, discipline...oh and coaching!! haha
