Fit For What? (Episode 4: What Are You Training For?)

Knowing this stuff and having those honest conversations is the difference between those that are around for the long haul and those that stop training with personal trainers/coaches or at CrossFit gyms. 

 

It's the difference between dabbling and sticking a toe in the water, or quitting at the first available hurdle. 

 

If you don't have buy in...and you aren't on the same page with your trainer...everyone is just wasting their time.
