It's not fun, it's not the Gucci moves everyone wants to do..it's not what I WANT to be doing it's what I NEED to be doing. Following a structured rehab program that's way more progressive than most prescriptions I've had from physios that are either too simple or too hard. What eating my rehab broccoli is giving me something that leads towards something I do want. Which is lifting heavy, doing more complex exercises again. Doing CrossFit again. Building a foundation again with one eye on the future.
