"I'm too busy", "I don't have the time", "I've got so many things on at the moment"
All these comments involve priorities around the important stuff. When we constantly say these things its usually because its not important enough to us...yet!
It's what slows down the change you want to make. Until you start to plan for the important stuff, and your health and nutrition has become important to you enough, things will never change. Make the decision to tell yourself it is important and then TAKE that time.
No on will give it to you. Be it for sitting down and writing what you want for your health, slotting time for the gym or meal prep. Or to actually execute the plan you already have for yourself.
This is the first habit across 12 months of many I work on with a client.
Making time could be as simple as taking a vitamin supplement each day or reading something each day that moves you towards the change you want.
