Damo PT & Nutrition Client. After quizzing him we believe he had a Squat Snatch PB of 40kg approx. We drilled his High Hang Squat Snatch and got up to 37.5kg.

Continuing work with the Segmented Snatch Deadlift for Matt to increase his posterior chain (lower back/glutes/hamstrings) strength and endurance for his olympic lifts and barbell cycling ability.
He has his first upcoming individual competition at Rainhills soon.
